3 photographs have been butted and interleaved between four coloured strips of photograph. The strips are the same colour, a blend of dark blue to light blue. A pattern of leaves has been scratched into the surfaces. On the left, the photo is of the flowering top of a cherry tree. The photo has been rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise. Nothing has been done or added to the photo otherwise. In the middle, a photograph of office buildings has been rotated 90 degrees clockwise. There is a field in winter pasted on top of the photo. Pasted on top of that is a form cut from a photo of the flowering tree top. The form is suggestive of an animal. However, it also has a bulbous shape attached, a teardrop form, from the same photo of the treetop. Pasted above the teardrop form is a shape that wraps the top of the teardrop, like a little hat with a tassel. It is cut from a picture of green tree leaves. At the top there is another photo of the flowering treetop, cut with a falling bottom edge, the top is aligned with the top of the photo beneath. On the right is an unrecognizable photo. All of it that is untouched is the lower left corner, which shows a brown natural strip of something. Pasted onto it, on the right, is a blue sky, with an outline of the flowering treetop in the left hand photo. On the left there is a cutout of branches from the flowering tree, turned clockwise to mirror the branches of the tree in the left photo pasted on top of the lower photo. The bottom photo has been sandpapered and scratched, then painted to resemble the interplay of blue sky showing through the branches of the flowering treetop in the left photo.
