Hexes: three photographs are glued side by side to create a 12 x 6 inch landscape rectangle. The left hand photo is of water, the middle is orange, the right is leaves against the sky. Scratched in all three is a square grid overlaid with a hexagonal grid, with a grid of 3/4 circles whose centre is a vertice of the square grid. The circles overlap in one place, which creates a 45 angle line of waves. the intersection is scratched away.
